everyday chaos. I'm so glad you're here. And today on the show, I have my friend Sarah Breg. She has a brand new book

out that is called Is Everyone Happier Than Me? And I love it. I relate to it so much, probably

partly because she is a fellow Enneagram 3. And so I just feel like she was taking the words

right out of my head when she was writing a lot of it,

which is also why I think this is a really fun episode, because not only are we friends,

but we really relate on a lot of the things that we're talking about regarding midlife and body

image and kids and all of that just feels very familiar because we're both an eagram three. So I hope

you guys also find this episode interesting and fun to listen to because we certainly had fun

recording it. But before we get there, I have what to me feels like a sort of exciting announcement,

which I hesitate to even announce because I know I've tried to

kind of announce these kinds of things before and I've not done so well. But this time,

you guys, I have a deadline. So this past Monday marked exactly six weeks until my 40th birthday.
