Pasta Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1 TBSP White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4-5 cloves garlic

  • 1 medium shallot

Blend all ingredients until smooth


Pasta Salad Other Ingredients

  • 1 lb of whatever kind of short pasta floats your boat (rinse with cold water)

  • 1 can sliced olives

  • 2 cans quartered artichoke hearts (cut into smaller pieces)

  • 2 packages sliced salami (cut into triangles)

  • 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup broccoli pieces

  • 1 cup cauliflower pieces

  • 1 zucchini quartered and sliced

  • 1 cup carrots (sliced or slivered)

though, ladies, you know I love planning. It's like in my blood. I just, I love figuring things out

and how to make our lives easier and how to be prepared for things. So we're not constantly
