Welcome to Live Well Anyway. I'm your host, McKenzie Kappa. On this podcast, I hope you learn how to feel healthy, look good, and plan a life you actually like in the midst of all the everyday chaos. I'm so glad you're here. And today, we have a very different episode. I actually have my son Roman on with me, and we are

0:23.6

going to talk about some of the shows that we have watched over the years, both movies and series

0:28.4

that we have really enjoyed. And we also get a little bit of a glimpse behind his future

0:34.1

filmmaker mind and how he watches shows differently than probably the rest of us,

0:39.3

which is kind of fun to hear all the things that go behind it, especially in his head.

0:44.6

So we talk a lot about that today and some of our favorite things and how we have connected

0:49.5

over the years. Now, I will go ahead and say a lot of these shows that we have watched,

0:53.9

they're

0:54.2

grown-up shows. This is not stuff that you're typically going to be watching with your kids,

0:58.6

but he is older. And knowing that this is his future, I think we dive in in a little bit

1:03.6

different way. But I think it's a really fun episode. But before we get there, I also want to

1:09.3

talk about a couple of things. Just one or two, you guys,

1:12.8

I'm on threads. I'm on threads now. I don't know how this happened. I think I got sucked in on

1:18.6

the whole like being an early adopter thing of a new platform. And I'm there. And I am giving both,

1:26.2

you know, serious content and ridiculous things. So in some ways,

1:31.1

I feel like it's helping me to break out of this imposter syndrome that I have been like suffocated

1:35.9

by for the past three years. So you just never know what's going to happen over on threads.

1:41.0

You can find me at McKenzie Kappa. If you're over there, I would love to connect.

1:45.3

Also, next week, I will be speaking at the Stressless Summit by Ultimate Bundles. So they're having an

1:52.1

entire week all about overcoming stress in our lives. And I've had a lot of that. I've had a lot

1:58.3

of experience with that. So in my session, I talk about how you can use planning as a lifeline during really stressful

2:04.6

seasons.
