Welcome to Live Well, I'm your host, McKenzie Kappa, and on this podcast we focus on a lot of life's logistics, like planning and wellness, along with some fun things like skincare and reading.

0:21.6

And overall, we just throw in a whole lot of life.

0:24.5

Around here, we know that life is messy, but we're just doing our best to learn how to live

0:28.7

well anyway.

0:29.6

So join me on this journey as we figured out together.

0:32.6

And just to get us started, I'll go first.

0:35.5

And this week, I'm really going first because it's a topic that I never

0:38.9

thought I would be like someone that people would go to about. But apparently I am because I am a

So I decided no better time than heading into the fall when everybody's starting to be

1:30.1

subjected to all of these germs to be looking at some of my best practices and just give you guys

1:37.0

some ideas for how you can get away with hopefully not losing your voice this winter. And just to

1:42.6

make it even easier for you guys, I put together a

1:46.3

throat care PDF. So it's got all of these different ideas plus some more ideas. It's got

1:52.8

checklists, links, all kinds of things that are going to be packed into this PDF that you can get

1:58.7

if you subscribe to the newsletter. So you can head over to mackenziecopa.com slash news where you can subscribe, get all

2:06.2

the other freebies that subscribers get like a Trelloboard template and our file challenge guide

2:11.4

and new things that we are coming out with freebies just for subscribers all the time.
