As much as we say diversity is everyone's job, building inclusion is everyone's job. Yes, and we should all know

how to do budgets, but it doesn't mean we're all the finance team. We think a lot about diversity

and inclusion at Code Newby. We try to present a wide range of perspectives on technical topics from all

sorts of people. But thinking about diversity and inclusion, or DNI for short,

and being an expert on the topic are two very different things.
