Hey, friend. Welcome back to the podcast after our little Christmas break. It was really good to step away from the computer and the microphone and the content creation for a while.

Because you know a lot of the time people try raw milk or farm eggs or grass fed beef for the first time.

But there are the folks maybe this is you or someone you know that tries those foods and just doesn't like it.

They don't like the flavor. They say it's a gamey. It's a grassy and you know if you are getting into home setting that can be a little disconcerting.
