It is a hat. I don't know there's the bell and the red coat, but there's the three-pointed hat, you know, like the private hat.

I think you've got to have the trifold hat, you've got to have the bell, you've got to have the rifle, and then you can apply to be the town crier.

But you show up with a hat, no rifle.

You're going to be, you know, you'll be mocked.

You'll be laughed out of City Hall.

I'll tell you that right now.
