I think sometimes it's hard for us to identify the feeling. It's not that I'm just frustrated or resentful or bitter. I am hurt. Someone has hurt me. And I don't like being hurt. I don't like feeling anything that I would say as a negative feeling. And she said, you have to understand that it's not negative. It's actually a positive because if you work through it, it leads to healing. If you work through the hurt and you identify it, you know, it can lead to healing.

That's why Paul said, take every thought captive.

That's good.

Because you have to label what you receive.

It's neither good nor bad.

It's neutral until you give it an emotion or feeling attached to it.

Because what happens is, is we read, we check our boxes and say, I'm spiritually fit. I read, I prayed, I listened.
