They try to reduce the Bible to the irresist or the irreducible minimums to let anyone in to make it as easy as possible.

Let's just make it simple and easy.

And I get that.

But the problem is whenever Jesus saw the crowd getting big, he always thin the herd with a hard message.

So the guys are, it's almost like two mindsets.

The guys are getting excited because they know big is better, but Jesus knows smaller is more impactful. So whenever the crowd got big, they're like, Peter's like, man, this is awesome. Look at a guy. Look at the head. Count head. Jesus like, hold, before you count heads, let me tell you something. Unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood, you can't be my disciple. Let's say to show, folks.

Yeah, they're like, we're out.

That's too hard.

And they're going.
