Well, this is part of our mentor series, and we're really excited about this guy.

I don't know how.

I waited so long to not have him on sooner with some of the grades that we've had on before.

I'm talking about a man who was so influential in my life early, early on. I met him in, you know, with, well, let's get into it first of all.

His name is Kurt Corcorian.

He's not the typical name out of Vegas that you know, like a Steve Wynn or

Maillansky or Modellets and go on and on and on.

He became the fair hair boy and became a self-made millionaire billionaire.

And when everybody liked about him in Vegas, he had no mob ties, none, that they could find out about,

or I would have known anyway.

But I met him with Belding Cattlemen early on, who owned the El Rancho,

and which is interesting about him himself, Kurt.

Kurt loves to gamble.

Most owners don't, but he was a big player, got enamored with

the game, lived in California, and he opened his first mega hotel in 1969. And Pat, give a little background on this guy of, uh, I was fascinated by this guy.

You know, usually these, uh, Vegas characters, they all fit in the same mold.
