And just to get us started, I'll go first.

And today I am going first with such a fun conversation. Oh my word, you guys. It's

Kelly Bandis. I have wanted to have Kelly on the show for quite a while and we finally were able to

pull it all together. It helps that she's got a brand new book coming out called Rookie Mistakes,

but we actually don't talk about the book very much in this episode. I really am

loving the book. I definitely think that you should go get it. I just got the audiobook and I have

been binging through it because it's just so funny and poignant and so well done that we

just talk about a lot of fun stuff in this episode. I just wanted a format to be able to

chat with her about goofy things that we both enjoy, like Outlander, but we also get into a really

great discussion about disabilities. She has a son who is hard of hearing and identifies with

the deaf community as you will hear more about in this episode. And she has learned

so much being in that space and gleaning from it. And I think she has so much wisdom to impart

in how to do that well. I've kind of witnessed her doing that really well. And I really wanted

to be able to dive into that in this episode. So we kind of are all over the place

in this episode, all ends of the spectrum, but I think it's really good. I hope you guys really enjoy
