I really have been going first, you guys. And I have been trying all the different things to

help with stress management. We have all been facing extra stress for the last

couple of years on top of the stress that we all already had in our lives. And for me, it hit peak

stress level about two months ago. And I knew that I needed to change some things and I needed to

kind of up the ante on how I was

dealing with my stress. So today I am going to be sharing with you some of the things that I have

started trying, what I'm liking, and kind of get us started on this journey together in

case you are needing to take care of your stress too, this is probably

going to be an ongoing conversation because I am just trying to get a handle on it and I'm

finding some things that are really working, but I know that it's going to be a process as I

continue to work through it. So consider this, you know, episode one of stress talk because we all could use a
