I've got loads to ask you but I just want to kick off by staying for those of you who don't know.

Louise is doing me a massive favour by doing this because yesterday she did a huge huge

live fundraising event for the amazing guys at Childline and NSPCC. Oh never far from hands,

love that. But yes you will be basically live for 10 hours straight mate. I caught you right.

I wasn't a guest right at the start but how were you by the end? Were you done in?

I was almost delirious. I was really fortunate because my last two guests are actually my friends

Jim Chapman and Jack Howard from internet world and I was basically like please don't so

every now and again we would play a video from Childline that was like either two minutes or six minutes
