And this month, we are wrapping up season six.

And it was the inspiration for the title of a recently published work by today's

guest, Dr. Joel Heck. And even though we've been doing this show now for years,

there are still so many people. I can't believe we haven't yet had on the show. And one such

person is Dr. Heck, making this a very long overdue appearance on Pints with Jack.

In today's episode, we're going to hear about Dr. Hex's career, his research, and the different

books that he's authored, including one very important scholarly resource that he's worked on

called Chronologically Lewis. But first first a little bit about our guest.

Dr. Joel Heck is currently serving as the interim president for Concordia Lutheran Seminary,

and he is a retired pastor and professor and former executive editor of Concordia University Press.

He is the mind behind the Chronologically Lewis project, and he's the author or editor of 16

books, including No Ordinary People, 21 Friendships of C.S. Lewis. Dr. Joel Heck, welcome to Pites
