So there I was making my way into the Scrum Five Studios this morning,

looking for some comfort, shall we say, thinking,

right, okay, after the week that was, after the weekend it was after the weekend it was you to be

waiting for me with open arms this morning but alas I'm here on my own where are you?

Well I know is that the state that we're in a Welsh rug, you know we've all given up we can't even make it into the studio to be together.

I think is a bit maybe it's a bit of the mental toll that we all endured last week of having to several visits to the Vale and lots of phone calls

and bits going on in the weekend and maybe a bit flat after weekend aren't we

Lauren but I mean it's not all bad there were some positives which we'll get into they won't go take too long if you want negative unfortunately

But another great weekend of six nations rugby I forget COVID isolation I'm a chicken box prisoner chicken box is in the house and I'm stuck in the Arctic

and I've been here on countless occasions but this time around I don't know it feels

very pre-2019 in a weird way. Not an ideal situation for you this morning that you can't be it
