down the very serious allegations directed towards the Welsh rugby union with a reporter

who's been leading that investigation, Wura Davis.

Now for the first time, former employees of the WIAU have talked to the BBC Wales

investigates team, which includes were about their time working that,

claiming there's a toxic culture of sexism at the organisation. The alleged incidents of sexism, misogyny, sexual harassment and bullying at the Welsh rock union

have been described as on a level with Yorkshire cricket and British gymnastics by 1 MP.
