Before we get started, I want to say thank you so much to everybody who sent such, such nice

messages over the past 24 hours to myself and then asking me to pass them along to dad about

it was really heartwarming to not feel so alone spending the celebrating, I don't know what you

say, having the first anniversary of mom's passing. Yeah. It's like when you lose somebody that

I think the first year anniversary is like a, I don't know, it's a right of passage or something

and everybody talks about how it doesn't hurt less but it gets easier. So I appreciate it all

this message. I think the first year is a year of a lot of firsts. Yeah. Because you're just everything

as a first, like first birthday without that person, first mother's day for you, for you to

mean like there's so many firsts. And I also was really surprised to see how many people

celebrate their loved ones with food. Because I posted a picture on Instagram of last night's dinner

which was a McDonald's hamburger, a smaller order of fries, and a small coke. And I bought that

because years ago my mom one day decided, and one of the quirky thing, my mom was such a unique

woman. One of the things that was so quirky about her was she would decide that she liked a food.

She had a very small, she was a very picky eater. Like we're talking probably like what,

six foods, six to ten foods. Yeah. Like if we went to a restaurant, everything she could possibly

would fit in half of the appetizer section. Or the kids menu. Or the kids menu. So and she

usually ordered from the kids menu. Right. Because she was also tiny. She was not even five feet tall.

So she ate a little bit. But anyways, but she was so quirky about food because she would just get

on these kicks where she would love a food for years, whatever it would be. So it would

root beer. One time she just decided she liked root beer. So whenever she had a soda for

extra number of years, it was a root beer. Right. And then all of a sudden, like a switch flips,

and she's like, I don't like root beer anymore. You know what I like? Diet Pepsi. And then that's
