Laughter truly is the best medicine. I believe that wholeheartedly, it is healing, it is helpful,

within your family or your friend groups or with your significant other by giving

you those shared memories and those inside jokes and those things that you can really hang on to

when the going gets tough. But it's also indicative of how comfortable you are in those relationships,

how much you are able to let go and be yourself and be vulnerable.

And I think that's a really good check for us, too, to be able to see kind of how we're doing

emotionally. If we are able to go there and to be really goofy and kind of get outside of our
