and sharing my own accomplishments. I tend to be more reserved about victories personally

and professionally. And I've always thought it was tacky to brag about how well I'm doing.

I found out recently, past few years, this is something that a lot of people deal with called

imposter syndrome. They don't feel deserving or worthy of the accolades and the successes

that are coming to them. In 2021, I'm going to overcome that and I want you to overcome

it as well.

The upside means living in gratitude, finding the positive in every experience and helping

other people do the same. And it doesn't have to take a lot of time. This is an upside

There is a way to brag about your life and not feel guilty about it. I know I struggle

with this. I never want to post my successes, especially my professional successes online

for fear of making somebody else feel bad who might not have reached that level of performance.

And number two, I don't want to do it because I don't know. I just don't want to be seen

as somebody who's always blowing their own horn or bragging about their own accomplishments.
