There is believe it or not a human being walking this earth who is more awkward than I am.

Really? Yes, I know it's difficult to comprehend that, but she exists. And I know this because

she shared a story on Facebook that I read. Like a friend of a friend who commented on it and

popped up and I said to read the story and I'm like, this could possibly be my sister. Okay.

That's how awkward she is. She's got a job interview, right? She's going to one of her first

in-person meetings in nine or ten months. Okay. So she's made it through all the first rounds,

the Zoom interviews, all that other stuff. So now she is going in for the final,

hey, we're just going to make sure you're not, you know, catfishing us. We'll sign on the data

line and you're going to be an employee when she gets in the building and gets off the elevator,

waiting or not waiting, but standing in the lobby is a guy who says, can I help you? Because there's

nobody in the office. Yeah. This guy says, can I help you? And she says, yes, I'm here for a job

interview. He says, oh, best of luck. And introduces himself as the CEO of the company that she's

about to interview with. Okay. So he's not the one interviewing her, but he's the big boss in the

building. And then he sticks out his elbow, you know, because people are doing elbow touches, not

handshakes or anything. He says, nice to meet you and he sticks out his elbow. She kind of panics,

not really knowing why the elbow is there and locks her arm with his and waits for him to walk

her to the door. Oh, my gosh. More awkward than she say. More awkward than me, right? Oh, totally

more awkward than you. Like when you think of, do you think when people meet you, they think you're

awkward? Yeah. 100%. All I can imagine is, you know, when you're seating people, you go to a

fancy wedding and there's the ushers who are seating you and they put their arm out and

he's feeling that's so awkward by the way. Yeah, but it's awkward in an occasion where it should happen.
