this journey as we figure it out together. And just to get us started, I'll go first. And today I'm

going first with Rebecca Sikron, one of my very good friends. If you've been a long time listener

to the podcast, then you'll remember when I went and visited Rebecca

down in Arkansas a few years ago. And we have been really close friends who actually met

because of the Live Well Anyway community back when it was called Cultivating the Lovely.

We met online and we became in real life friends. And it has been so crazy to see how much our lives have both changed over the past

five years. But she has been dealing with a lot of medical issues with her husband who has

Lyme disease. They've battled mold in their houses and all kinds of things. And are finally,

after all of these years of him having this disease and

it progressing they're making actual progress and helping him to get better and it's

pretty unconventional what they're doing but also really amazing and I just

wanted to have her on to be able to talk about how they've discovered everything

that they have and the process that they're using

and how they're using bees to actually sting him and make him better. I know that sounds nuts,

but it's actually working and it's super interesting. And I think she does a really good job

of explaining this whole journey that they've been on. And I think it's something that could

be really helpful to other people as well. And I think it's something that could be really

helpful to other people as well. So I wanted to have her on for actually the finale episode of

season six. Can you believe it? I can't believe it. We are just wrapping up season six. We will be
