Welcome to season two of Live Well anyway. I'm your host, McKenzie Kappa, and on this podcast, we focus on wellness, beauty, style, planning, and life. Basically, life is

0:23.3

messy and here we learn to live well anyway. So join me on this journey as we figured out

0:28.3

together. And just to get us started, I will go first. And ladies, today I really am going first.

0:34.6

It is the first episode of season two, which is technically my seventh year

0:39.1

of podcasting, if you have been following me since The Cultivating the Lovely Days. It feels crazy

0:44.4

that it has been that long, first and foremost. Man, his life changed a lot in the past seven years,

0:51.6

but I am so thankful to be where I am right here. And, you know, last year we

1:34.7

that. You know, I think a lot of us have the pandemic and. We have obviously a ton of other things

1:41.5

going on in the world besides the pandemic, but we also have

1:45.0

all of our own personal things that we're all dealing with and we've all probably been

1:49.9

dealing with for a long time. For me, it's a lot of stuff with my kids and being in and out

1:55.6

of court still four years later and all of that kind of craziness that can just feel like,

2:00.3

holy moly, this is a lot.

2:03.2

But as I have talked with many, many people, especially in the last few months, the thing that I

2:09.4

keep hearing resounding with everyone is that they are tired of just getting by. They're tired of
