I am your guide, Derek Hayes.

Now first, before we get started, I went to apologize to everyone.

I was supposed to have released a couple of episodes the past two weeks, but a couple things happened that pretty much made that impossible.

And I'm going to touch on that here in a bit.

But first of all, I want to let everyone know that this episode is also not what I had planned.

I intended to do the Back to School special,

but as I started digging through all the submissions I got,

I realized that that's going to be nearly a two-hour episode,

and I frankly don't have time to get that written, produced,

and out to you guys by the end of tomorrow,

which is the date that I promised I'd have the next episode up.

So as you can see, I'm a bit behind and in a bit of a pickle. So what I'm going to do here tonight is,

again, something a little strange. I'm going to do a live show. No script. All I have are a

couple notes that I've jotted down, and hopefully we'll see how this goes.
