Drew and DJ are the guys behind the podcast, Gravy Baby. It's a podcast that's all

about good vibes for trash people as they describe it. Drew calls it positive toxicity. It's the

anecdote to doom scrolling and the opposite of toxic positivity. Drew and DJ, thank you so much

for joining us today. Drew, do you want to just tell us a little bit about Gravy Baby? I know that's something that you were talking about when you were guest hosting weekly skews this week. But just maybe give us a little context on Gravy Baby. And then we're going to talk about mutual aid. And then also, you know, the whole point of this show is good people doing good things. I think, Drew, you were telling me last night that this might be more of a show about good people doing bad things, but we can talk about that. We can talk about that in a little bit. False. That's the first thing we've got to work on, man. I said illegal, and now you've made it bagged because of your good kind-hearted Midwestern upbringing.

But yeah, I guess to lay the groundwork a little bit. DJ and I do a podcast with our good

friend, Carmen Morales, called Gravy Baby. Gravy Baby, we call it good vibes for trash people.

Instead of practicing toxic positivity, we do positive toxicity.

And so I think it's right in line with what you've got going on here.

Because similar to the origin story of good skews, D.J. and I had a podcast without Carmen called Into the Abisket, which was just Countryfied Existialism.

And I still love that sentence, country Friday existentialism, but it turns out

going into the abyss every week on a podcast is bad for your mental health. And this was,

this is kind of pre everything. Like, this wasn't even, like if you guys, if any, if your listeners

can remember a time when things were so simple, like our problems were, you know, i can't even green m and ms green m and ms

mr potato head but you guys remember when they tried to cancel dr seuss if you can remember a time like that

we had a show called into the biscuit then where we were sort of, I genuinely think this, and I give

DJ the credit for the most part, I genuinely think DJ is ahead of his time, and I think I am

enough of a conduit to like filter that. I think we could just feel how bad it was going to get.

I think David Bowie died because he could feel how bad it was going to get. And I think

me and DJ started into the Abisket, well, we got tired of it. So then Carmen, who I call a bundle of mean joy. That's a good name. Carmen Morales, she's a friend of mine, a comedian. We hang out in L.A. She would yell at me. It would be in a pussy, but it would be funny and vibrant.

I was like, hey, you're coming on. We're rebranding. We're calling it Gravy Baby.

We're going to ask each other what's gravy baby, and we're going to talk about what's good in our lives, but we're not going to be eat, pray, lovey about it. We're going to be like fuck shit, upy about it.
