so much chaos in the world, but I mean, the world's always catting. But when-

I'm like heavy news days. And it's just, yeah. So obviously, Callie and I spent all day

yesterday watching the news and we can't not acknowledge what's going on, but we also

have made a commitment to not dwell on that or even really discuss it because we want

to be in escape. But it's just tricky.

Well, I didn't even say that because I feel like you have said that on your radio shows

before, but I think maybe the way to say it is that we always want to be a place of hope

and not a place where you come and feel more sad when you leave.

And so it's hard to do that because we also want to be real. And then I think the real

part of us is like, I'm kind of spent, I think you probably are too. And just like a little

bit overload. But we have a job to do and hopefully we'll do it. So it's a mix of real

and also wanting to like give you hope. And hopefully when you leave this show, we always

want you to feel better than when you then when you came here. And it's just a hard thing

to do on days like today.
