My latest heartbreak has been a catalyst that has brought me to London.

I spend my days as a professor and my nights with friends.

It's a generous way to describe them, but I have to stay close.

Yes.

And not everybody has the time or the financial means to explore therapy right now.

And that's totally understandable.

It is a commitment.

It's a financial commitment, obviously, but you also have to carve out the time to

sit down and talk to somebody.

And that just might be difficult.
