Live well anyway. I'll go first. I'm your host, Mackenzie Kappa, formerly of cultivating

the lovely, which is probably how you got here in the

first place. But we are going in a fun new direction with this podcast. And so it was only fitting

that we got a brand new shiny name, live well anyway. We are going to be focusing on wellness,

beauty, style, planning, and life, all from a real authentic and hopefully humorous point of view.

But I'm not going to go into all of that in this intro because we're going to talk about

all of it in today's podcast episode where you get to hear the behind the scenes of everything

that got me here to deciding to break from cultivating the lovely and go in a new, fun,

authentic direction and what it took to get here. So I'm not going to waste any more time

with an intro today. Without further ado, here is Katie Duckett and myself talking about
