This month I'm working with Fitbit and their very support smartwatch to celebrate this small, everyday wins we accomplish whilst working towards a bigger goal.

This month I'm focusing on simply getting moving more often, and so I thought I'd share my little win from this morning with you.

I got my reminder to move notification posing on my wrist, and I took a few flights of stairs to clear my head.
