announced that Bigger will be leaving Northampton in the summer after five

seasons with the club. So Nicky and I went up to Franklin's Gardens had a good chat with him of course we discussed

well his time with the Saints and his future potential destination, but this conversation is about much more than that is about him as a person

how he is maturing his leadership quality or his kind of theory on leadership, his family life, and something that most of us can relate to aging.
