merciful and gracious slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. He will not always tried, nor will he keep his anger

forever. He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor will repay us according to our

iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear

him.

As far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. As a father shows compassion to his children,

so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him,

for he knows our frame.

This is the beautiful thing about God is that despite our sin, despite our fears,

despite our running away from him constantly and doubting and spinning and forgetting, he stays.

He stays and he likes us and he loves us.

He is slow to anger, he is abounding in steadfast love, and he takes care of the thing that we can't take care of, our mistakes and our sin.

And I start here because it does feel like the world is spinning.

It does.

And it doesn't feel like it's going to stop.

It feels like it's going to just keep spinning faster

and faster and faster and faster.
