news and updates for you that we need to cover a bunch of important state level stories and

We're going to go through this as quickly and as efficiently as we can, but still do it justice and cover all of the important stuff as best as we can.

You should know that right now we are in that season where state legislatures are going gangbusters with respect to gun legislation, both on the pro side and on the anti side.

So if you are not paying attention, if you are not engaged, this is your wake up call to make sure that you are paying attention, that you are

engaged because stuff is happening and a lot of times it's happening rapid fire. For instance,

I keep pretty close tabs on a lot of this stuff. One of our stories we're going to talk about

here today is out of the state of Washington and I did not hear about it until it was already set and done in the Washington State Senate,

and that is a bill to restrict magazine capacities in Washington.

So it only has to get passed through the House now at this point and go to the governor's desk if it makes it through the House.
