So, Matt, although we just caught up in our common

room that will have already aired, how are you doing? Oh, I'm doing really well. It's the,

as of the recording of this, three days ago or two days ago, I finished the massive six-month

project that has led to four cups of caffeine and a day and three 30 a.m.

Wake-up times and bed by eight and no social life and weekend workings.

And it's done.

And I'm now in an adjustment period where I've detoxed.

I'm 72 hours now without caffeine.

I had the headaches.

It took some ibuprofen.
