without the prosecutor's office to put him like Department of Corrections, like in a real prison.

In my opinion, he got away with it. Yes, he has a criminal record, and he lost some months of his

life, but he's right back out there doing it again. So he didn't learn a lesson. It's not,

and that's the point of jail is rehabilitation. And there is none.

And he's still doing it.

And I can't help but wonder all of the other victims that are out there now because Hancock County, Indiana didn't handle business.
