Happy Monday, West the Jews, fam, and happy Leo season in like a singular day from now.

0:10.1

Thank goodness for my folks out there who are also astrology aware, astrology curious,

0:15.8

we have just come through cancer season and I thought it would be fun to lie to myself and say that I was going to magically get through cancer season without

0:25.4

a single cry and I was holding it together. Like I thought I was a smooth cat and just had everything

0:30.1

on lock. And then halfway through cancer season I started to get a little bit

0:35.2

angry and thankfully because I've learned so much about my emotions over the years and my

0:42.4

emotional regulation which has been such a big part of my health journey. I now know that that's a tell for me and that anger is not really anger. Anger is usually coming up for me when I'm sad about something underneath the surface.

0:53.3

And sometimes all it takes when you're feeling

0:55.8

that weird anger and pushing up against yourself

0:59.1

on the inside where your own body is trying

1:01.1

to hide something from you, all you really need to do is spend some time

1:06.1

very much alone. And as soon as you are completely alone, there's like this unfurling that can happen with those emotions and I had some really

1:15.6

good cries this month like some some really intense ones and I'm starting to

1:19.5

embrace the beauty of that and like my quarterly get it all out moment. So I hope that you

1:25.6

guys had a chance to do that this month as well and if you've been extra

1:29.0

emotional that is why in my mind again no, no scientific proof of this, but cancer season always brings the tears.

1:35.7

And I think it's very much needed.

1:38.0

But now we get to move into Leo season and just shine and have adventures and lay in the sun and be a little bit boosy.

1:45.8

So I'm very happy about that. And so I hope that this week's podcast finds you somewhere,

1:51.8

maybe on a beach chair in your backyard, just getting some

1:56.4

vitamin D, listening to some nice pod, there's some nice music, and I hope that this

2:01.4

episode is a very fun one for you because that's really how it felt to me.
