Before we get started, we're adding this little sound bite into the beginning of this episode to correct something that we learned after putting it out.

0:10.0

And like we always say, we think it's important to learn and grow.

0:13.7

And when you guys take your time to give us new information that helps us be better, more open-minded, more understanding people. That's what we want to put out. So please, thank you. Thank you so much for that. Thank you so much. And we got a couple of people that mentioned it. Because you definitely don't have to, and you did. And I love that. Correct. In this episode, we talk about different sexualities, including bisexuality, which we were obviously not fully educated on. Yeah, we thought learning the new information, I was like, holy shit, my mind is blown. Yeah, same. I thought that bisexuality was within the binary, like either men or women. And that's why I was like, I never fully have felt like I fit in that queer universe. Right, this or that. Yeah, one or the other. Yeah. And then you were like, oh, just give it a couple years and it won't be a thing. Yeah. And then we just moved on and kept talking. We got some emails that were like, actually, that's very bifobic. And I was like, I never even heard of the word bifobic. I I had and I only attributed it to by erasure in that men can only be straight or gay.

1:18.6

And if a man falls anywhere in the middle, you know, especially cis men fall anywhere in the middle, then they're just on their way.

1:26.1

They're just on their way to gay.

1:44.5

That's what I always thought that was. And I was like, well, I don't believe that. I believe people can be anywhere on the spectrum and did it. So learning that that was also part of biphobia was like, holy shit, we need to verbally correct ourselves and not just take it out. We're going to leave it in so that because correcting our own ignorance can also help maybe somebody else get the idea of it too. Do you know what I mean?

1:48.4

Like if somebody didn't fully explain it to me, I would have continued with that mentality.

1:53.2

Yeah. I mean, I've literally like my whole life been like, no, that's not the right term for me.

1:59.9

I'm, I don't just like men or just women. You what I mean? It's all part of a fucking huge thing. Right. And more than one person, I hate saying like, men and women are each on a different end and there's everything in between. It's like, no, it's all together. It's all. Yeah. And more than one person referenced the bisexual manifesto, which was really interesting.

2:19.4

Which I had never heard of.

2:20.3

Never had heard of that.

2:22.1

And it is more spectrum.

2:23.7

Do you want to read that?

2:24.7

Somebody sent an excerpt of it too.

2:26.9

And thank you to everybody who said anything.

2:29.4

The people that we did get messages from were so cool and awesome and respectful.

2:33.3

And we said some ignorant shit.

2:35.2

So it says, yeah, this is what they copied and pasted. The Bisexual Manifesto has published in 1990

2:41.4

states, bisexuality is a whole fluid identity. Do not assume that bisexuality is binary or

2:48.5

duogamous in nature. That we have two sides or that we must be

2:52.8

involved simultaneously with both genders to be fulfilled human beings in fact don't assume that

2:57.8

there are only two genders which this is 1990 wow like damn it also goes on to state that there
