transition, that is retirement. But usually it's not something that suddenly arrives. You know,

there's like a run-up to retirement. And during those last few five to ten years, there's some things

I think you need to do, some things you need to know. So that's what we're going to be talking about today. After the main body of the show, as usual, I'll, oh, I'm going to talk about the term of

competition around a couple of weeks ago, just a little bit of news about meaningful university

as well, and look at the most recent reviews that have been left by listeners, having a bit of a spate

of reviews recently, which is great, thank you. And obviously, I'll announce what we're going
