Summary

In 2003, Art Lucier planted Kitimat Harvest Church, in British Columbia’s remote Pacific Northwest. But, as Tara Jean quickly learns, Art is no ordinary pastor, and the Harvest is no ordinary church. On this first episode, Art’s son-in-law opens up about his experience with the Harvest, his transformative faith journey, and, the love story that changed everything.

1:06.7	When I started Heaven Bent, it was about curiosity, about the Pentecostal and charismatic movements
1:12.6	that I was a part of growing up.
1:14.8	And at the heart, heaven bent is still about curiosity,
1:19.0	about others' experiences in the swing of the church,
1:22.2	personal beliefs, spiritual practices,
1:25.0	and faith journeys of all kinds. And with that, here's what I hope from you.
1:30.3	I hope that you will give the leader of the ministry I'm spotlighting this season
1:36.3	the grace that I intend to give him as well, just in your own hearts and minds and online.
