victims, but can be called looters, arsonists and rioters.

it's no guarantee he'll be found not guilty, but it does show that it seems the judge is

not playing games. The prosecutors are trying to label the individuals who lost their lives

that night as victims. The judge says you can't do that. There is evidence that they were

rioting, they were looting, and they were committing arson. As such, they can be referred

to in those terms, writers, looters, or arsonists, but not as victims as that's too loaded.
