The residents of 39-year-old Claudia Benton was broken into by a savage intruder.

The mother of two had been brutally beaten, sexually assaulted and fatally stabbed.

He seemed to be almost ghost like the way he could get into houses without being heard and ghosts scare people.

The killer was a man named Angel Resendez, who had been illegally boarding trains across the US border from Mexico for over 20 years.

He would go on to kill at least 9 people.

But capturing Resendez would prove to be one of the FBI's most challenging cases.
