week's episode we heard about the events leading up to the death of 38 year old

mother of two Heather Bell how she was

thrown from her horse when it became spooked by a Chinook helicopter flying overhead

and what happened in the months following her tragic death. So in part two Mark is going to discuss the resulting

inquest who was ultimately to blame for bringing Heather's life to a premature end and he's going to be

discussing the legacy that she left behind.

But first I wanted to take you back to the day in question,

the 10th of June in 2003, to tell the story of what happened from the other point of view that day.
