Were you required as the youth pastor's wife to work for the church or the restaurant or the venue for free?

You mentioned you worked in the nursery and things like that.

I volunteered in the nursery for a very long time.

But eventually I did acquire a paid position.

Underpaid, but I didn't really care about that.

The only issue, no, I can't say the only issue because it is a major issue.

My paycheck after I was married didn't go to me. My paycheck went under my husband,

under his paycheck. I'm sorry? Because, yes, it went under his paycheck. It's horrible. I don't know

why I agreed to this. Did you have a W-2 that you filled out? I did not. So my wages that I earned, he tacked on to his wages in order to boost his credit score.

And for whatever reason, I was convinced that this was an acceptable thing.
