Summary

The savage killing of a young woman that took place in an idyllic location in the city of Derby back in 1978 is the focus of the next couple of episodes of The True Crime Enthusiast Podcast, as what seemed to be an open and shut case, certainly wasn't.

Not by a long shot. It took the patience, determination and doggedness of a family, spearheaded by a remarkable woman, to finally see justice served.

As you'll come to hear.

This episode contains descriptions of crimes and events that some listeners may find disturbing or upsetting, plus there is a reference contained within the episode to a racial slur and the use of a discriminatory term that some may find offensive. It is contained within solely as it forms an integral part of the overall story canon, is not meant to cause offence, and categorically does not reflect the views of either myself, or the show.

So discretion is advised whilst listening.
