Let's jump right into the conversation here. I've got my

questions on the side. So Coach Nick, there's been a lot of coaching changes in this offseason.

Some questionable, a lot questionable, almost all of them questionable. Probably the most polarizing

one was the Lakers situation. What are your thoughts on JJ Reddick becoming the new Lakers head coach?

You know, it's not unprecedented that someone who hasn't had any head coaching experience takes over an NBA team.

You don't have to look very far.

Steve Kerr did it, and he was very successful, very early.

So that said, he did have a lot of experience as a GM.

And then actually, weirdly similar experience to JJ in the NBA as a player. So, you know, I would

willing to say, you know, it's not a prerequisite. I mean, it probably, it seems like, you know,

having some version of like coaching experience would be a good thing as a head coach. But, you know,

it's hard to tell you that it's not going to work when it has worked somewhat recently in the modern game. So, you know, I suppose what's interesting about it is the method
