In today's episode, we will be talking about aliens.

Why now, after all these years?

Because just a couple months ago, as in like two months ago, our government shot down a UFO right here in Michigan.

I feel like our society has been in such a tailspin since COVID started.

We've been living in unprecedented times for so long that news that would have been

fucking huge, five, ten, fifteen years ago gets a little more than a shoulder shrug now.

And the UFO stitch from earlier this year is one of those things. So here's a little

refresher. Over the course of nine days back in

February, the military shot down four unidentified flying objects over North American airspace.

Four. The first sign of trouble came on February 1st when civilians on a commercial flight spotted a giant white orb in the sky the size of an NHL hockey rink, making its way slowly through the big Montana sky.

High up, too. According to the Google machine, airplanes typically fly at altitudes between 30 and 40,000 feet,

while this thing was clocked at about 60,000 feet.

So it was way up there.

That same morning, journalist Chase Doak was getting ready for work in Billings, Montana,

when he heard news of a ground stop put in place to restrict air travel over billings, which piqued his curiosity.

He looked out the window and about shit his pants. He saw what he first mistook for a star,

but quickly realized it was too big and also broad daylight, so he then decided that it had to be a UFO.
