Now I think most of you will know that recently my wife Vicki and I bought a new flat, a super

exciting time in anyone's life buying property but a time that can also be a little bit stressful

especially if you're applying for a mortgage.

Now I had last applied for a mortgage a couple of years ago when we bought our old flat

and I just hated the entire experience.

I found it stressful and confusing and I had to supply so much paperwork and I just never

really knew what was going on and I just didn't enjoy it so much that I was quite

loathe to go through the whole process again but then some angels appeared, some angels

by the name of Advantage FS Advantage financial solutions who are independent mortgage

advisors.

They were so incredible that they made the entire mortgage application process that easy

that I didn't even notice it had happened and I just got an email one day saying your

mortgage has been approved going by your flat and I was like what amazing, so amazing

that I sent them a note and said look I would love to talk about you guys on my podcast

do you mind?

I said no that would be fantastic and they've sent over some bullet points, points that

they think make them stand out to other players in the market and I want to read those to

you just to kind of really let you know exactly what they do and then rubber stamp my approval

for their services by again expanding a little bit more about my experience dealing with

them.
