High later of the week for me, Mark Pugsley's post about his son Alfie that has just

exploded and I'm Mark Puesley saying had to remove a post from Facebook

an idiot commented saying that the boy my boy is too big to play under 12 it isn't

healthy if only people knew how hard he works to get fitter, how low his confidence has been.

Don't worry Alfie, I'll always be your biggest fan. And then that tweet has gone global,

The All Blacks, Michelle, Ru, the Chef,

hundreds of professional players, all giving the support to Alphine.

It's a cliche, but it's been so heartwarming to see just people supporting and just just

positivity across rugby Twitter for once. Yeah and I do think that the game is

one of the best things about the game is that people can play from all shapes and sizes,

can't they? And obviously there is room in this sport for someone like him and you never know what's going on with

someone, how hard they've had to work to get to a

certain place and how hard it is for them so to see the support is getting

globally from sports people from celebrities from everybody to get behind them and hopefully that will that will help but also give other people a bit of confidence that if they are feeling a bit low confidence that they don't really want to go and play rugby because they might not fit in that actually that shows that within our sport there are people who want to to enc in everybody whatever you're shape and size that you can come and play and be part of a club
