Summary

It is solo surgery time. Cristina has to decide which one of her fellow resident's gets to amputate a dude's foot, even though everyone knows, including Cristina, that it should be her. Spoiler alert: she chooses Karev. He makes the best argument, which is just straight up telling Cristina how to chop off a foot.

Arizona is here! Bailey hates her. She wants Chief to do something about it, but he is too busy Chiefin' it up in a dark OR. Classic Chief.

Mark and Lexie finally get together after she shows up at his hotel room and takes off all her clothes. Who could resist??

Izzie is still having ghost sex, and Karev is still ok with it. This story-line can end now.

Our twisted sisters are currently fighting and IT IS BREAKING OUR HEARTS! They also disagree with protocol on how to handle a serial killer. We can't wait until they finally make up. The only good thing that comes out of this fight is Derek dancing it out with Meredith. What a gem.
