| 0:20.0 | So leave us a review, |
| 0:21.6 | leave us a comment, wherever you're listening or watching. We want to know what you're taking |
| 0:25.1 | away from the book of Job. Okay, so you mentioned it yesterday, Scott, that we read chapter 12 |
| 0:34.3 | yesterday, but you were going to tie it into today's reading. |
| 0:38.2 | So you left us on a huge cliffhanger. |
| 0:40.1 | We've all been waiting. |
| 0:41.6 | We can't wait to hear what you're going to say. |
| 0:44.0 | What's going on in these chapters and how does chapter 12 tie in? |
| 0:46.8 | Thanks for all that pressure. |

| 1:11.5 | Stop pretending like we're not equals here. And then for all of chapter 12 into 13, he really |
| 1:16.8 | takes his friends to task. He says, they're not wiser than he, Job is. He calls them worthless |
| 1:22.1 | healers in 13.4. He says, your memorable sayings are proverbs of ash. Your defenses are made of clay. And then my favorite, if only you would shut up and let that be your wisdom. Like, way to go, Joe. Wow. He just, he laid it all out there with that one, I feel like. Good for you, Joe. And then kind of in the rest of Joe's response, you know, 13 to 14, he addresses God. And he pleads with God to reveal what he has against Joe. Like, what is the problem here? Why am I going through what I am? And he asks in 1323, how many iniquities and sins have I committed revealed to me my transgressions in my sins? And then he just kind of continues to reflect on the fleeting nature of |
| 2:00.9 | life and pleads for just a moment of relief in his short time in this world. Yeah. And so with that, |
| 2:08.0 | we've completed the first cycle of speeches that we talked about, right? Yeah, that's right. One cycle |
