And I remember going there looking around and thinking, I don't see what the big deal is.

But the ranch itself was in a really sad state of disrepair.

You've got an incredible journey. Would you mind taking a moment in just letting us know, how did this start for you?

How did you end up going to work at Skidwarker? That's a great question.

And it's one if you told me six years ago that I'd be sitting here today, I would have laughed you out of the building.

Yeah.

Because six years ago, I was just a small town businessman, owned a couple small businesses,

owned a couple small luxury hotels.

And Brandon had just purchased the ranch.

And that first week that he had it, he sent a very close confidant of his Jim Morse out.

You know, Jim's on the show, too.

He's the one of the Pendleton best, right?

But Jim came out and ended up staying at my hotel.
