So Mark, let's talk a little about our trip to Cuba because as I mentioned in episode

one of Conspiracy Land, it was dramatically different than when I'd last been there seven

years ago, almost a night and day experience when I was there in 2015, you know, it was

a heady time, Obama had normalized relations.

The Cubans were welcoming Americans to the island and things seemed to be thriving.

But man, during our trip, it was clear.

The Cubans are suffering.

The economy is in really horrible shape, shortages of food and medicine.
